How are your products made?

Full transparency, we use print-on-demand vendors for all of our stuff. We are a small company, with an even smaller bank account…this helps us get our “art” into the world without needing a bunch of money. Bonus points for print on demand- we aren’t tossing heaps of unsold stuff into landfills, shuttling more boxes across the country in more smoke-belching trucks, or filling another warehouse with a bunch of crap.

If we get big enough, we might produce this stuff in-house but, until then, we will source it through our personally-tested and trusted network of vendors.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at support@merchofthebeast.com.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

That sucks 💩! We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@merchofthebeast.com within a weeks time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
